To make the cluster and its members known to professionals in France and elsewhere, VEGEPOLYS undertakes several actions.
Communication tools
VEGEPOLYS places several communication tools at the disposal of its members and partners:
- Its logo, subject to conditions of use
- The VEGEPOLYS guide containing al the cluster's technical and administrative information
- A promotional video (DVD format, French and English soundtracks)
- A presentation leaflet for the cluster
- This Web site including a monthly newsletter and the CIET "Flash Vietal"
- Membership VEGEPOLYS flag and stickers for use at shows and conferences
- Organisation of meetings within the programme of events (topical encounters, forum, conference, etc.)
A communication plan for international awareness:
VEGEPOLYS reputation will grow thanks to its presence at numerous events with its partners, and its action toward key players:
- Participation in international land produce shows: SIVAL, Wine shows, Salon du végétal
- Participation in well-known international shows: Hortifair, Fruit Logistica
- Communication aimed at key players(journalists, elected representatives)
- Participation in a variety of trade events
- Partnerships with local government for use of their communication tools
